Digital Products Due to the digital nature of our products (including templates, digital downloads, and design assets), all sales are final. Once you have received access to the digital files, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Technical Issues We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any technical issues with your files, such as a corrupted download or an error in the template, please contact us at creativestudioambar@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
Custom Design Services (Branding & Portfolio) For custom branding or design services, refunds are governed by the specific service agreement or contract signed at the beginning of the project. Generally, deposits made to start a project are non-refundable once the creative work has commenced.
Double Purchases In the event that you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us immediately with your order numbers. We will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided you have not yet downloaded, accessed, or started the delivery of the digital content. Once the download or digital delivery has begun, you waive your right to a refund under this clause.
