SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. For digital products, access is granted immediately after payment is processed. Due to the nature of digital content, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated or the files have been sent.

You represent and warrant that the credit card or payment information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY Digital products are delivered electronically. We are not liable for technical issues arising from your internet service provider or device compatibility. Your access to the files is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment processor verification.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, and digital products, are owned by Ambar Creative Studio. License Use: Your purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the original digital files or derivative works in any form. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may be a violation of copyright laws.

SECTION 7 - CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES For custom branding or portfolio services, work is governed by these terms and any specific service agreement signed at the start of the project. Creative work remains the intellectual property of Ambar Creative Studio until full payment is received and the final files are delivered.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like Shopify apps) or links to other websites. We have no control over these tools and provide them "as is" without warranties. Any use of optional tools is at your own risk.
